Where we deliver

We currently ship across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. If you are outside this area, message us on WhatsApp at +91 93612 61147 and we will let you know whether we can deliver to you.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Dispatch: orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery: your order is typically delivered within 2–3 business days from the order date.
• Delivery is free on all orders.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or an incorrect or incomplete address. We keep you updated by WhatsApp or phone.

Order tracking

We confirm and update your order by WhatsApp, SMS or phone using the number you provide at checkout. For any update you can also message us on WhatsApp at +91 93612 61147.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 93612 61147 or by email at raksivherbonics@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or follow the replacement process below.

Damaged, leaked or wrong items — free replacement

We pack every bottle carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, leaked, or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge. Please report it within 48 hours of delivery by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 93612 61147 or emailing raksivherbonics@gmail.com, and include a clear photo (and, if possible, a short unboxing video). Once verified, we ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Returns of opened product

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on product that has been opened or used, unless it was defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your rights for damaged or wrong items described above.

Refunds

Where a refund is due — for example a failed or cancelled prepaid order, or an item we are unable to deliver or replace — we refund the amount to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approving the refund. COD orders that are never delivered are not charged, so no refund is required. Bank or UPI processing times may add a little to when the amount appears in your account.
