This website (raksivherbonics.com) is operated by Raksiv Herbonics, Manoj Nagar, Kannampalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641402. We sell Raksiv Herbonics herbal hair oil directly to customers across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address (optional), delivery address, PIN code, and the items you order.

When you pay online, your payment is processed securely by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or bank passwords.

When you browse the site, we may collect standard technical information such as device type, browser, approximate location (from your IP address), and the pages you view — using our own first-party analytics and, only with your consent, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

How we use your information

• To process, pack and deliver your order and send order updates by WhatsApp, phone, SMS or email.
