These Terms and Conditions govern your use of raksivherbonics.com and any order you place with Raksiv Herbonics, Manoj Nagar, Kannampalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641402. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our product

Raksiv Herbonics Organic Hair Growth Oil is a herbal cosmetic hair oil (200 ml) made to support a regular scalp and hair-care routine. It is not a medicine and does not diagnose, treat, cure or guarantee hair regrowth. Individual results vary. Please read the label, do a patch test, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Current pricing is ₹599 for 1 bottle, ₹999 for 2 bottles and ₹1,399 for 3 bottles. You save ₹50 when you pay online in advance; Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at the listed price with no additional handling fee. We may update prices and offers at any time before an order is placed.

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, cards and net banking). COD orders are confirmed over WhatsApp before dispatch.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy, which we confirm by WhatsApp, phone or email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, payment fails, or we suspect fraud — and in that case any amount already paid is refunded.

Delivery

We currently ship across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–3 business days. Delivery is free. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. After delivery, we offer a free replacement for items that arrive damaged, leaked or incorrect if reported within 48 hours with a photo. Intellectual property and acceptable use

All content on this website — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Raksiv Herbonics and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for individual reactions or results, which vary from person to person. If you have a medical scalp or hair condition, please consult a doctor.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
